HELP!
Have become very boring all of a sudden.I get up.
Go to work,
and the gym.Or take TK to swimming lessons.
Go Home,
go to bed.Yawn.
Rinse, Repeat.
Am trying to lose some weight
before getting pregnant again.10kgs to be exact.
Have lost 2.5kgs in 5wks.
Was discouraged by weight gain this week.
Blame Easter.
Lindt eggs.
Hot Cross Buns.
*drool*
Better have lost the gained weight this week,
Else will be mad..

I know how you feel. I lost about 20 lbs last summer and it's ALL back on again! Damn chocolate!
Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. I gained 2kgs when I first started going to the gym. Take your measurements instead of weighing yourself... and... good luck!
I don't bother checking the scale terribly often when trying to lose weight because I gain muscle SO easily. Try a measuring tape instead!
@light_and_fluffy & @lupa - The whole point at the moment is weight loss! The OB said "Lose 10kgs." He doesn't care what my waist measurement is or was... he wants me to weigh LESS.
@deevaa - I understand, but the more muscle you gain the easier it is to lose weight b/c the muscle will burn more fat.
I'm just saying don't get too discouraged!
Come to think of it, it's also possible that you've reached a plateau and need to change up your routine.
