• I'm touching up a painting that we've had hanging in our bedroom for the year since I've been in Melbourne. One of the down sides of spending extra time in the bedroom is that I've noticed how bad the brushwork was.
  

  I might show ya'll tomorrow if I'm happy with it. I don't think I have a before photo, but I'll have a look around for one, and I might even be able to flash  around before/after photos.

  
  

  Oh, by the way... happy new year! I spent the first day of the new year cleaning out TK's bedroom. We had three boxes, his new toybox, a 'toys for the sick babies' box and a rubbish box. 'Toys for the sick babies' is becoming a yearly thing -- we did the same thing just after his birthday as well. We usually donate the good toys he's grown out of to either the hospital or the woman's refuge.
