We went to visit Argyle's sister yesterday - she is a chiropractor and I really needed her to look at my back/shoulder.
She put my neck, shoulder, wrist, elbow and lower back back into place. I feel much better this morning!
We had a chat about me getting a new seat to sit on while I paint, I've been sitting on a old kitchen chair and I blame that for all my 'out' bits (although saying that, I'm sitting here in the same chair typing).
So I've decided to try one of these:
The best thing about it is that I work out my pelvic muscles while I'm sitting on it, (and you know what benefits good pelvic muscles have!) ... and when I'm not sitting on it ... I can use it for other forms of exercise (and TK can play with it too!).
Argyle's Mother has one and uses it for exercise - she recommended it too. So next week I'm going to get me one.
(PS: I'm not an aunt yet - but the bub was due last Thursday so it can't be too far away!)

I prefer sitting while painting but professors at school scream everytime students sit........they try to hide stools from us. They claim sitting restricts arm movement.....blah, blah, blah. Get yourself a comfy seat!!
hmmm... I wonder if those come in sizes large enough to let me use one at the puter!
