  • artisitic tempraments.... yeah I have one.

    yesterday called for some retail therapy - I found a range of lipsticks with fabulous names... I brought 'pout' but it was 'smirk' I really wanted.

    A few days back I found a range of 'paintbrushes' called colour shapers. What is cool about them is that instead of a bristles at the tip there is a block of soft rubber which comes in several shapes for moving the colour on the page.

    Because I've found that acrylics are pretty tough on my squirrel brushes I brought a couple to play with. Working with them is like a cross between painting, using a palette knife and drawing, here is my first go at 'colour shaping'.
