I'm still here!
Things have been.... well... stressful mostly, but everything seems to have evened out now. Thankfully, everything seems to have worked out out in the end.
Making Beads:
I spent over 14hrs out in the garage making beads the past weekend. That's the most I've done in quite some time.... and I know how many hours I've been out there because I've been listening to an audiobook while I work, and it's a pretty good way of tracking the time that gets eaten up when you are engrossed in the flame and the molten glass.Making Babies (well, not right now):
Ross and I had our specialist appointment in the middle of last week, the OB sent us for a 'Recurrent loss' panel of bloods which means both Ross and I had to give blood. We get the results back in about 5wks, but he was really positive and gave us a really high chance to go on and have a healthy pregnancy. He suspects that I have PCOS, which wasn't really a surprise, I'd looked into that before, but I'd thought that people with PCOS don't ovulate regularly, and my charting seems to suggest that I do ovulate. It turns out that I was wrong, simply having a cycle longer than 35 days is a symptom (mine is 39 days).
We are allowed to try again as soon as we'd like to, but since I haven't had a cycle since the 2nd miscarriage (November) .... well.... we'll have to sort that out first.
I've been really tired recently, so hopefully by sorting out that, my body will balance itself out again...
Since getting the wii fit for Christmas I've been exercising more also (although that being said, I haven't done anything ALL weekend! *gasp*) ... but if it is PCOS, exercise, acupuncture and good nutrition should have a positive impact.
So, yeah....all is well and good. Sorta.

I'm glad the doc is so positive! I don't know whether to hope he finds nothing and gives a clean bill of health or finds something so you know what the problem is and can take steps to correct it.
Wait... Longer than 35 days, or 35 days or longer? Cuz I have a 35 day cycle and have occasionally thought of PCOS for myself based on symptoms OTHER than my cycle. Because I'm clearly fertile and ovulating. *pointing to my accidental babies*
I used to have a cycle closer to 21 days. That was really annoying. Less days in a month to get pregnant... but more cycles in a year I guess.
Good luck with the tests. Wouldn't it be funny if you were already pregnant and that's why you haven't had a cycle since November? That happened to me with my first pregnancy... sitting at the Family Planning Clinic trying to find out why we weren't conceiving, complaining of tiredness and sore breasts but without a clue that I was already pregnant LOL.
Good luck with everything! I have PCOS myself. It developed shortly after giving birth to my son, who is now 4. I really want to have another one, but I am the a PCOSer that doesn't ovulate regularly. Cutting out simple carbs from my diet helps out with that greatly, but it is hard to stick to a diet without bread, pasta, even certain fruit! There is definitely a link to diet, blood sugar issues.
It's been awhile since i have been here...sorry to hear about the miscarriage... but it seems that all the things that you are currently doing to get yourself more active will probably work out better for you in the long run...
Looking at past photos... TK has grown so much and he is almost at tall as you! i know i felt odd when my kids towered over me! giggles....
Keep yourself healthy girl and have fun making babies..giggles...
