Now that I have a car I’m going to be able to do some stuff that I’ve been waiting to do for ages now.
So, as soon as we are in the new house (new area) I’m going to find a yoga class/teacher, a life drawing group, and maybe even a shimmy teacher –MissTree, are you up for it?
What classes would you recommend? What have you always wanted to learn, but never had the time?
Doing all these new things will cut into my painting time especially now that I’m working full time, but I really need to get my body moving, it’s starting to get more and more achy, stiff and creaky on me.
(We packed my paint brushes and paints last night. I really didn’t want them going into the box, but I was fooling myself thinking that I’d have time to paint between now and the big move.)
I also need a ‘Sex in the City’ weekend brunch group. I’ve got a few Melbourne friends now, but getting together recently has been impossible! More friends never hurt anyone!

drive-by's!!!
woo hoo
busy busy busy.....
I could use some new friends to hang around with in my neck of the woods. Why is everyone so darn busy these days that they don't have time to meet with friends anymore?
I guess it was a smart move to pack your paints and brushes now...
It seems the way of it at the moment huh!?! I need some more friends too. I've brushed a lot of mine off, as they were uhealthy relationships, and a few I realised were never really riends in the first place anyways. So now have to reform and regroup.

i've always wanted to take a yoga class and a massage class. but i'm a weirdo like that. hope the move goes well for you, dear...
so happy for you to have wheels... try anything that strikes your fancy... you can always move on.. and look for FREE stuff or in the States they have local 'parks and recreation' classes that are very reasonable... and NO, i didn't mean anyone here in xangaland about my post...lol.
Ah, lucky you. I'm trying to figure out how to get my yoga fix without spending too much money.
Love the idea of dance classes and a weekend brunch group. Let me know!
