This was my Dad a few years back:

(I love the look on Dad's face in the shot above, it's like he's out on a Sunday drive, rather than winning a hill climb.)
He's been told recently he'll need surgery to replace his heart valve, and I guess there is a stage when you have to start taking things a bit easier.
So he got a new car:
(that's my Mum and Dad about a month ago)
New to him that is, the car will be 75 years old this year, a 1928 Model T Ford.
Recently they did a vintage car rally to a place in top of the South Island of New Zealand called Cape Campbell.
As you can see it is pretty dry there at the moment, they are in the middle of a drought.
Here is a shot of the cape itself:
Drought or no drought, it is still a beautiful place. Ah, it reminds me of home, I grew up in this area....

It's GORGEOUS! And I just love the shot of your dad on only THREE wheels!
These are so awesome! The first one would look great framed!

Your dad looks so cool, calm and collected in that first pic haha. Thats how i drive....NOT!
Looks a lot more like a Model A, nice car.

I bet your dad drags people off at the lights and doesn't even bat an eyelash when he does it. That's one cool daddio you have there!

I must go there some day! Just gorgeous country!
I love the 'new' car, by the way.
