The eye colour was the last thing I noticed (until seeing evryone else's comments)... I was really admiring what you did here with the shading of the skin tone (again, your work is showing ever greater subtlety that is not lost on my eye). The one thing that drew me to this more than any other feature was those unusual lips. Beautiful...
