Notes on why breathing is good...
The James Reyne/Mark Seymour Concert was fabulous. I had a blast!
When I woke up the next morning.... I couldn't breathe... Weird! I'd felt fine the night before.
I had a doctors appointment the following day (to track my blood pressure) so I took the day off work and headed to the doctors Monday night, she said I had a cold which had set off my (long dormant) asthma.
Blurgh!
I sold one necklace at the Bead and Gem show, which is an OK outcome, it means I at least broke even. And they gave out a whole bunch of my business cards. Which is great. And my new website will be up any day now.
Hurrah!
In other kinda cool news, TK's school has started a program with 'Aussie Farmers Direct' where you pay $35 a week and they deliver a box of farm fresh fruit and veges to your door.
You don't get to choose what is in the box, but they post a list of what you'll get that week on their website, so you can plan ahead of what you might need to buy at the store.
The idea is that if family's have a stock of fresh fruit and veges on hand they are more likely to eat a wider variety of veges, and that children will choose healthy snacking options (fruit).
They will also deliver milk, fresh fruit juice, eggs and bread, so it sounds like a really good option so far.
I'm going to trial it for a month and see how we go, but so far we are pretty happy with the idea!

that is a wonderful idea! growing up on a farm, i've always loved fruits and vegetables, but they were easily accessible. i guess not everyone has that privilege. hope your asthma clears up - allergies bring mine around this time of year in the US.
But obviously your own expressions must be wise
