Grey Sampler
One of my favourite books for bead inspiration is called 1000 Glass Beads by Lark Books. It is I found this necklace called 'Grey Sampler' by Daniel Adams. I think some of the beads in there are polymer clay beads and they are done by Daniel's wife, Cynthia Toops.
(yeah, I took a photo of the page rather than pulling out the scanner! Lazy huh?)
Anyways, with inspiration from Daniel Adams I have been making a series of lampwork beads as a 'sampler'.
Whatcha think?
(I'm working on getting a load of beads ready for annealing and photographing, I'm then going to put them on etsy for mega sale prices, to raise money for my very own kiln, I'm going to call it the 'Mumma needs a new kiln' Sale.
Hurrah!

umm.....don't mean to sound like a nag, but you're officially an artist. LOL!. Your work is and always has been amazing.
I so love your beads, and the neck & wrist candy you make out of them! I might just have to make another purchase from you one of these days. Well, at least after I get a new job, okay.
giggling... the pic of that page in the book does say that it is polymer clay beads that was done by his wife...giggles... so you were correct in thinking they were....
Yep, you sure do need a kiln... and i bet when you do get it, you will make even more things to put into it.. good luck with that and hugs!
Lampwork is gorgeous, and I will be buying - though I imagine shipping is going to be a little slice of hell. ::lol::
